How the Plan Works
When you go to the Doctor's office, simply present your Fortis Insurance Card.
Upon leaving the Doctor's office, present your HSA MasterCard debit-card.
The re-priced bill will be debited from your HSA Account. YOU PAY NOTHING at the Doctor's office.
This amount is automatically credited toward your deductible. |
